I am 74 and have been spanked, paddled and caned for over 60 years.  I am a switch although I prefer to be the sub and my late wife enjoyed inflicting pain on me and I enjoyed reddening her bottom.  I believe a session is as much about embarrassment as pain particularly if you have never seen the woman before.
