Can't message you as you do not have a message icon on your profile and when you sent the last message I clicked on it, opened it, looked at the pics and it dissappeared.

Can't retrieve any messages

I have registered and been given a password (after I asked for it), but now I can't change it or edit my profile.
I understood that I have to post 3 messages, and then I'll be able to do that.
So I'm going to post those 3 messages now! 😉

I already did one before, it seems, so I think after this one I should be fine. 

@juliaq I have the same issue, hoping that replying to your post counts in my favour?  We shall see 🙂

It definitely does, Tim. If you posted successive posts of "three", "blind" and "mice", you'd tick the box.

Yup, also worth noting that, when editing your profile, if you're changing your password, it'll ignore all the other profile edits (not unique to this site by any means, but others I've used tend to warn you of that on the Edit Profile page!).

So newbies in our position need to change their password, hit Save Changes, and then set up Avatar, About Me, Role, Looking For, Location, etc., and hit it again.

I seem to be locked out of the chat room! Previously once I logged onto the site and then clicked to go to the chatroom, I automatically entered. However now, after I’ve looked into the site and go to the chatroom, I’m asked for a password. I tried entering my password for the site but it doesn’t like it! 

Any ideas? 

@five_foot_two Hi if you try now you should be ok its because we added you as a moderator some snag with that.  If it persists let me know.

@site_support  Thank you for your reply and trying to fix this. 😊. I’ve just tried and unfortunately it’s not resolved. I am asked to input my password which I do, and it then gives me an error message saying ‘invalid password or username’. I’ve just checked with Sir Stephen and he is having exactly the same issue 

Hmmm can you try logging in under incognito for me and seeing if that works please
