Help! My email is floodded with messages. Every time someone i follow does something i get an email about it. How do i turn this off. I'm on android phone atm, no access to laptop for a few days.

Hi there.
Do you have a subject line of the emails you are getting so that I can identify where they are firing from and then we can stop this happening.
